Program End Exam (Exit Exam): 

It is an exam passed by the graduated students in the previous year or before graduation, the main objective of which is to evaluate the learning outcomes of the program (Knowledge and understand, Skills, and Values).

 Objectives of Exit Exam:

  • Measuring the extent to which program outcomes have been achieved.
  • Evaluating the quality of learning outcomes in academic programs.
  • Measuring indicators related to the quality of teaching, learning and evaluation and preparing improvement plans.
  • Raising the level of Bisha University graduates to meet the requirements of the labor market and achieve competitiveness in the quality of outputs at the national, regional, and international levels.
  • Contributing to supporting academic decision-making regarding specializations at the university, which are compatible with the labor market and meet its needs.

 ​​Criteria of Exit Exam:

  • The student is allowed to take the test according to the criteria determined by the university, college or program.
  • The evaluation must include at least 70% of the program outcomes
  • The test result is approved if the number of students attending reaches 60% or more.
  • The test items must not be less than (60) items, with one minute allocated for each item.
  • (10 minutes) will be added to the test time, starting from the specified time. In order to provide guidance and fill out the necessary data.
  • Test questions are developed using multiple choice (MCQ) method.
  • Academic programs take into account the weighted percentages approved by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, if any.​
